Service Guarantee
We provide Google My Business optimization, citation pages, digital cards, social media management, and other digital marketing services. Our services are offered without contracts, activation fees, or cancellation fees, ensuring maximum flexibility to our clients. Please note that all payments are non-refundable. Clients have 3 working days from the payment date to submit any return or dispute requests. After this period, no refund or return requests will be considered.
Refunds Will Be Granted If:
Valid Dispute Window
A valid dispute or return request is submitted within 3 working days from the payment date.
Billing Error
The dispute clearly outlines a billing or payment error that can be verified by our team.
Refunds Won't Be Granted If:
Expired Dispute Period
The 3 working days dispute period has expired.
Work Already Started
Work has already been started or resources allocated to your project.
Change of Mind
You request a refund due to change of mind or discontinued use of services.
Unrealistic Expectations
Service results are not immediate or differ from your personal expectations, as digital marketing outcomes require time and vary by platform.
Platform Limitations
Delays or limitations occur due to third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) or their changing policies.
Required Information Not Provided
You fail to provide necessary information or access required for us to perform the service.
Premature Dispute
You open a dispute or chargeback without first contacting our support team at support@fastdevlabs.com.
Important Considerations
Before requesting a refund or dispute, please note:
- • Please note that all recurring payments are non-refundable from the date of payment.
- • Clients must provide at least 30 days notice prior to the next billing date to cancel recurring services by contacting our support team at support@fastdevlabs.com.
- • All payments are non-refundable beyond 3 working days from the date of payment.
- • Digital marketing results typically take time to materialize (weeks to months).
- • Recurring subscriptions must be canceled separately if you no longer wish to continue, and cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the next scheduled charge.
- • Custom services and enterprise plans may have different terms, but the non-refundable payment rule applies universally.
Refund Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund or dispute under these policy guidelines:

Provide your order number and detailed reason for your request.
Our team will review your case and respond within 48 hours.
If approved, the resolution will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
